1. Acceptance of terms
By using this website or registering for The 1% Forum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.
2. The event
The 1% Forum is a private, invite-only event scheduled for February 26–28, 2027 in Dallas, Texas. Registration reserves a seat subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any registration that does not fit the room.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Admission is personal to the registered attendee and may not be resold without our written consent.
4. Tickets, add-ons & pricing
- Ticket and add-on prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price in effect at the time of your purchase applies.
- "Founding rate" pricing is time-limited and may end at any point.
- Add-ons (e.g., Heroes Dinner, Helicopter Hog Hunting) are limited and subject to availability.
5. Refunds, transfers & cancellations
Refunds, transfers, and our event guarantee are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these terms.
6. Conduct
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We may remove anyone whose behavior is unlawful, threatening, or disruptive, without refund.
7. Recording & media
The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in event recordings and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing in advance.
8. Changes to the event
Speakers, agenda, venue, and schedule are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver an equivalent experience if changes are necessary.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Content presented at the Forum is for educational and informational purposes and is not financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for your ticket.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
