By using this website or registering for The 1% Forum, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or register.
The 1% Forum is a private, invite-only event scheduled for February 26–28, 2027 in Dallas, Texas. Registration reserves a seat subject to our review and acceptance. We reserve the right to decline or revoke any registration that does not fit the room.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. Admission is personal to the registered attendee and may not be resold without our written consent.
Refunds, transfers, and our event guarantee are governed by our Refund & Guarantee Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Attendees are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. We may remove anyone whose behavior is unlawful, threatening, or disruptive, without refund.
The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in event recordings and promotional materials, unless you notify us in writing in advance.
Speakers, agenda, venue, and schedule are subject to change. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver an equivalent experience if changes are necessary.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
